I’m a PhD student at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Management & Organizations Division, specializing in the trajectory of AI social and emotional support. My research investigates the types of social and emotional support that people seek from AI, as well as the effectiveness of various methods of AI-delivered support. I use the method of real-time human-AI interactions in both experimental and field study settings.
